Event photos, for the organiser and for everyone who came
An event has two audiences: the organiser, who needs everything quickly, and the attendees, who want the frames they are in. Peak serves both from rooms filled from the same library.
Everything to the organiser, quickly
Cull from the keyboard, make a room from the selection, and the room opens itself as soon as its copy of the files is ready. Turn downloads on and the organiser takes the whole room as a single zip, whatever its size, or one frame at a time.
One link for the attendees
Open a second room to anyone with the link and put it in the follow-up email. Every visitor signs in with a code sent to their email, so the room’s activity shows who came and what they picked, and nobody needs a password.
If the link travels too far, make a new one: the old one stops working.
The sponsor’s colours, found
Colour search finds every frame where the sponsor’s orange covers the picture, weighted by how much of it fills the frame, so the shots of the stand are a search rather than a scroll.
Peak does not search by face or by words: attendees browse the room rather than finding themselves from a selfie.
Sized for a day, or a season
A room on Peak Free holds 2 GB and stays open 72 hours, often enough for a single evening. On Pro, at $24 a month, a room holds 50 GB, stays open up to 90 days, and as many rooms as you like can be open at once.
Questions
- How do I share event photos with every attendee?
- In Peak, open a room to anyone with its link and share the link. Each attendee signs in with a code sent to their email, browses the frames and downloads the ones they want, or the whole room as a zip if you allow it.
- Can attendees find the photos they are in?
- Not by face. Peak does not recognise people or search by words; attendees browse the room. You can search your own library by colour and by visual resemblance.
