Feature · Culling
Culling a shoot, from the keyboard
The edit pass is the thing you do most, so in Peak it is the fastest thing in the app. Your hands never leave the keys.
The keys you already know
The grid answers the keyboard as soon as it is on screen — no click to focus it first.
- 0 to 5 — set the stars
- P — pick
- X — reject
- U — clear the flag
- ← → or J K — previous and next
- Enter or Space — open the frame
- = and - — larger or smaller frames
From the grid or the full frame
Ratings and flags work on the wall and in the viewer. The viewer shows the original, and loads the frames either side while you look, so moving through a shoot does not wait on the network.
Then narrow it down
Show only the picks, or only three stars and up. Tag what you keep and drop it into a collection — which is already the set you would share with a client in a room.
Your originals, untouched
Ratings and flags are kept by Peak, not written into the file. The original you upload is the original you download.
